1. Introduction

Welcome to Oranmore House. By making a booking you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which are applicable to all guests.

 

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with details of your stay.
• Credit card details are required to secure the booking.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
• Any amendments to your booking, including changes to dates, number of guests or room type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 2.00p.m. Early check-in may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

Check-out is by 11.00a.m.. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

4. House Rules

• Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10.00p.m. and 7.00a.m.. Excessive noise may result in eviction without a refund.
• Oranmore House is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. A cleaning fee of £100.00 will be charged for violations.
• Pets are allowed. Please ensure they are well behaved, and do not disturb other guests. Additional charges may apply.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
• Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner.
• Management reserves the right to evict any guest who causes a disturbance, engages in illegal activities, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Property Access and Use

• Guests have access to facilities as outlined in their booking confirmation. Unauthorized access to other areas of the property is not permitted.
• Oranmore House is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
• We strive to maintain the property in excellent condition. However, maintenance work may occasionally be required. Guests will be notified in advance whenever possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oranmore House is not liable for any injury, loss or damage to guests or their belongings except in cases of proven negligence by the property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold Oranmore House harmless from any claims during their stay.

7. Privacy Policy

All personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation purposes and will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Oranmore House reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website, or upon request.
